Who may participate?
This event is invitation-only. Employer participation is intended for Fortune 500 and other approved enterprise employers.
Is this free for Candidates?
Yes. The event is completely free for candidates, however, it is an invitation-only event. Contact a Cohen Partners candidate recruiter to obtain an invitation.
Do I need to install any software?
No. The event runs on your web browser. For video interviews, we use Microsoft Teams which can also run in your browser, no downloads required.
What should a candidate do to prepare before the event?
Have your resume ready to upload (PDF only), know your requirements (compensation, location, etc.), and ensure you have a working camera and microphone for video interviews.
Can companies see where else I am interviewing?
No. A company can see your engagement and online availability with its own booth, not your activity with other employers.
How does the queue system work?
When you click "Join Interview Queue" for a company, you're placed in a queue. You'll see your position in real-time. When the recruiter is ready, you'll be notified to join the video interview.
What if I don't want to wait in the queue?
You can choose to leave a resume and leave the queue at any time. The company will receive your resume and contact details, and can reach out to you after the event.
Can I interview with multiple companies?
Yes! You can join queues for as many companies and positions as you like. Just go back to your queue after an interview to see where you're at in the queue for the companies you've joined.
I'm a company, how do I set up my booth?
Sign-in with the email address you used to register with Cohen Partners. You'll be taken to a dashboard where you can upload your company logo, enter your company description, and enter the positions you'll be interviewing for at the event. If you have any trouble with it, just reach out to event staff on the help page and they'll be happy to help walk you through it.
How do I admit a candidate to my booth?
When you click the "Call Candidate" button, the candidate will receive the link to your booth and join the video interview. If they don't respond, you can add them back to the queue, move on to the next candidate and come back to them.
How do I get technical support during the event?
Visit the help page for live support options, including the ability to connect with our support team via video chat.

The platform works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.
